Summer Event 2008 One part nerves, one part excitement, one part personal discovery...
This year's summer event was an adventure of personal discovery none will soon forget. Lead by expert horseman, Wyatt Webb, we all took turns working with horses. Basic ground skills in horse handling (cleaning the gunk out of horse hooves - to you and me!) revealed patterns of learned behavior that may be holding us back in life. Horses essentially mirror our subconscious minds; working with them gave us insight into how we may handle personal or professional relationships. It was a lot of fun and enlightening too!   Following the Equine Experience, we had a BBQ where students competed for prizes in a Lego Competition. The night was capped off with a creative and rousing game of Balderdash!
