Brian Bassir Nicknamed "double-bacon-blubber-burger" by the kids on the playground at an early age, my love for a double helping of all beef patty . . . was inevitable. Combined with a thick, salaciousslice of tomato, sizzling bacon, a creamy cut of sharp cheddar and a lewd grind of black pepper, my desire for a hearty heap of ground chuck is insatiable. This voraciousness for red meat is paralleled only by my desire to be a better artist. A half pound of Alberto Ruiz stacked high with Ben Caldwell, Robin Mitchell and Matt Stewart in a Dean Yeagle bun is, for me, the ultimate art sandwich. Born Christmas day, 1980, I was delivered to my mother in a stocking. I moved from Provo, UT to Bellingham, WA when I was eight. After high school I attended Whatcom Community College and earned an AA in graphic design. I currently reside in Bellevue, WA with my beautiful and very supportive wife Tina, where I am pursuing a BFA in production animation at Digipen Institute of Technology.
